1. Strictly 19+

CyberMindCo and its social casino lounge are intended only for adults aged 19 and over. Every visitor is asked to confirm their age before entering the site, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 19 to use the social casino. If you are a parent or guardian, our Parental Portal explains how to set up device-level filters and supervise gaming time at home.

2. No real money, no prizes

The slots in our lounge are studio demo versions that run on virtual coins. Coins are free, cannot be purchased, cannot be withdrawn and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, goods or services of any kind. No real money gambling or wagering takes place on CyberMindCo.

Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling. Demo results are produced for entertainment and should never be treated as a rehearsal or a strategy test for betting.

3. Healthy play habits

  • Decide how long you want to play before you start, and stop when that time is up.
  • Take regular breaks — step away from the screen at least once an hour.
  • Play for entertainment only, never to escape stress, boredom or low mood.
  • Keep gaming in balance with sleep, work, study, family and friends.
  • Never chase losses, even virtual ones; a fresh balance is a page reload away.

4. Warning signs to watch for

Gaming stops being fun when it begins to take over. Talk to someone you trust or contact a support service if you notice that you spend more time playing than you intended, feel irritable when you cannot play, hide how long you play from others, or think about moving on to real money gambling to recover a feeling of winning.

5. Free, confidential help
